I don't even blame seller for inaccurate item description, they are probably new and didn't understand how to rate the condition. However, the seller actively refused to communicate after multiple attempts, I had to get ebay involved and I felt seller actively took max time simply to make it more difficult. I had already paid for the shipping label and dropped off the package. Buyer received the package, made up an excuse that the item was not as described and returned the item via eBay Buyer Protection. He bent the metal bracket slightly and just said the item is not as described. Then leaves negative feedback. Ridiculous and sad. Don't bid on an item, pay for it and then request cancellation after seller has shipped the item.
