    Positive: An item arrived super fast but wrong. Negative: Wrong item, contacted seller and took an age to get the item that I did buy sent. The seller just wanted me to buy the wrong item and sent me a discounted price for the original item I had bought. The correct item arrived and looks to be well made but not 100% sure if this is how you get hoodwinked into paying for an extra item to get the original items I had purchased. All in all a negative feedback for this seller

    The picture was different slightly to what was delivered. Online it showed as having a badge on the front received ones didn't have badge, but bags matched described size. It was a 3 piece set but only 2 arrived. On contacting seller and discussing shortage I was sent missing piece. The parcels were very well packaged so no chance of damage in transit. Quality of product very good well made. Would buy from this seller again

    My chair cover arrived damaged due to poor packaging. After several weeks back and forth of trying to follow up the seller for an exchange, I agreed to a partial refund that was offered for $15. The other option they provided was to arrange my own return shipping and provide my PayPal Details to reimburse the shipping costs (which is not recommended by eBay). I never received the Partial refund and was not satisfied with the service or condition of the item I purchased.
