    Listing said the sweater was a medium. I have several of the same sweater from the same brand. The listing said it runs small, but I just thought for some it might. I received the sweater, which is merino wool. It clearly had been washed and shrunk to a child’s size. I asked for a refund. Seller has not yet resolved the issue. Sending a severely shrunken wool item and saying “it runs small” is disingenuous and misleading. Also, bad customer service. Pics show both mediums next to each other.

    I provided clearly visible measurements of the garment. I did not represent this at a medium at any point and acknowledged it fits small. This buyer should have reviewed the pictures to make the determination of it constituted a small by their standards, and I don't understand how they expected the garments body length and chest length to be longer than pictured when they received the garment.
