Condition : Device came with a non working keyboard that resolved itself, and the monitor was defective out of the package. Eventually the screens right side stopped functioning properly all together. Value : Good value and would have been a good purchase if not for the above mentioned issue. Appearance : Used but very clean and acceptable. Bottom line : Seller accepted my return and made me whole again. Would recommend for that alone.
