- m***m (714)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseSeller is a bully and doesn’t listen to their customers. Before purchase, I asked to pack the saw in a shipping box to protect it. He didn’t, and instead nearly encased the saw in cheap packing tape that couldn’t be removed without leaving adhesive all over the item. He then tried to tell me in messaging it was impossible to box it, and told me it couldn’t be returned without my paying shipping. When I went to FedEx, they refused to accept it the way it was sent to me. Cost $34 to box it!
