I was able to get my 360 working again after many fruitless laser replacements. Be warned that this is not a plug and play operation, you will have to swap over your logic board which is not hard but does involve some simple soldering, or dumping and reflashing the dvd key if you need to replace the board as well. (Much more involved). Happy with the purchase, thank you
