Seller offered a refund but I would lose cost of shipping and because I live outside of the US I had to pay additional shipping fees with a shipping forwarder separate from the shipping for the order. I've attached a picture of an authentic gold Fossil bag I already owned to show the difference in the colour. The hardware is cheap and the colour doesn't match the zipper.
