    One of the worst experiences I have had on eBay, left me weird feedback as a positive when the problem was their fault. Asked for item to be sent with protection to the corners and boards front and back, totally ignored and sent in a bag with an old record sleve inside. Of course item was damaged. Having to send back for refund, and have a terrible and weird comment on my feedback which is totally undeserved. A really weird experience, and has left me really frustrated by the lack of care.
