It HAD NOT been worn so it was NWOT. If I had worn it I would have said so! YOU demanded an £8.00 refund which I gave you immediately along with an apology for missing the pilling as you said you wanted to keep the top It was also sent post free so you got a bargain and exactly what you wanted
