I took a class at the Art Institute and discovered this painting. There was a bench in front of it. I was captured. Only 12, and I could & did sit there for hours. When my class ended, I would go to the Art Institute on Saturdays to sit on that bench. I now have a canvas transfer of the painting….& these cups. I’m almost 81 & this image has been deeply important for me.
