I didn't realize when they sent me the offer that this wasn't even the correct size that I was looking for. She stated she wouldn't refund, I sent it back to her anyway. After many attempts to see if she received it & she advised always that she hadn't received it. I finally went through tracking direct with the shipper & found that they in fact showed that it was delivered back to her. She did refund me less shipping cost which was odd, but it was resolved.
