Item was stored outside and is weathered with some surface rust on fixtures and on bolts. Some bolts look like they are deteriorating and need to be replaced. One part that is bolted on is broken as see in photos # 4. Item has been discounted to reflect defects. Item is sold as is condition. Item is not warranted. Used item may contain multiple scratches and scrapes, dings and dents, rust or surface rust. Seller does not accept returns.”
