Product arrived not dirty but dry rotted .. seller flat out accused me of making a false claim when I sent them the photos of the product.. I shipped a brand new item but the buyer claimed he received a used item. The item the buyer uploaded (photos) was a heavily worn out his own club head cover (I don't sell at all used head covers). The buyer even claimed that he didn't realize it was a used item until he tried to use it. His head cover was like a trash and even a blind can tell it's a used item. There are always a couple of buyers who try to go around ebay rules.
