      These looked great in the pictures, but arrived with lots of scratches. No issues were mentioned in the listing. Packing was good. Please be sure to photograph and note damage. I contacted the seller, and they told me to return them. I would prefer items be described accurately so I don't spend my time bidding on and returning damaged items.

      The doorknobs were described as used. The listing included detailed photos, any scratches not visible in the photos are a result of the knobs being clear glass and the scratches not being significant. We offered the buyer a full refund and our apology. There is nothing more we can do when a buyer shares a concern. Clearly this buyer wanted to keep the doorknobs, as they did not elect to open a return request. "You may return them for a full refund. We apologize for the issue."
