The back piece of the lumbar support attachment had bent so it was extremely difficult to attach to the chair. Now that it’s on, it’s never coming off. The part is meant to be curved as that is how it is designed to mimic the back of the chair. We always want our customers to be happy and if it was broken in shipping we would be happy to replace it. This part is difficult to put on the chair normally as it has tension on it when installed so it is not the bend in the piece as it would snap if damaged.
