    Buyer selected surface parcel via Canada post to the UK. He got the service he paid for. He Thought because he paid $160 (cost for surface), I should have sent it air parcel which was over $300. He got the services and shipping means he selected. The $160 was automatically priced to him by the service and agency he selected upon purchase. Anyone on eBay knows surface parcel across the sea is slow, maybe next time he should select air parcel and pay for that service if he feels so entitled.
