      Excellent service from knittygrittyyarns. A sample was sent quickly and this enabled me to establish whether the yarn was going to be suitable for use as a warp on a 16 shaft dobby floor loom with flying shuttle. I used this yarn set at 12epi in the warp with a fancy twill threading and treadling. This has given a fabric suitable for producing a warm ruana shawl with ideal drape. So far I have woven some 25m without a single warp thread breaking...brilliant! Suitable for outer wear.
