Seller stated "labeled never broken". Therefore, sold me an item not even verified by the seller. This falls under the Federal Trade Commission’s Section 5 – Unfair and Deceptive Acts and is a violation of law. You have opened the item. You purchased the item on 7/9/2025 and messaged us on 8/21/25. You have not started a return. I suggest following Ebay's protocol to remedy this situation. The process excels when someone tries to return a once sealed item that is now open.
