The box looked in fair condition, but inside the gasket was just placed in the bottom and the water pump bouncing around cut the gasket. I did contact the seller and the seller refunded me the costof a new gasket locally which was more than fair. I appreciate the sellers help and understanding of my needs and rectifying the situation
