Bottom part of case was not pictured as well as it could have been, the hole connecting to the base screw was completely broken, but not visible in the photos. The case was closed on the cord and it was creased. The machine was not packed securely in its case so it rattled around during shipping. However, the outside packing was fabulous. Please take a little more time really looking at these machines before packing them.
