I used it ! Obviously if you fill it with dirt and place a huge plant in it it wouldn’t be good for the wicker or the stand itself. I placed a pothos in mine and it worked great. Make sure you use a plastic holder on the top and place the plant in. I don’t recommend putting dirt inside of wood. I’m sorry you were disappointed! I never want my customer to be upset.
