They insisted the product was not expired even though I sent a photo of the packaging with the expired date. Then they insisted I send a photo of the product and when I did they said they could not refund if the packaging was opened. They then offered me 4 dollars off the total price which was 47 dollars. EBay had to step in to refund me.
