The neck ended up bent the hardware is rusted due to moisture/rain and it does not work. He refuses to accept the return. Claims to have all the answers. The guitar was in perfect working condition when shipped to him and it was not damaged in shipment to him as he has claimed. A gig bag was paper stuffed and bubblewrap stuffed inside and outside of a padded gig bag. I knew there should be no damage when shipped. Every single statement listed above is a lie. He returned it with none of the packing material around the headstock or body inside the gig bag. It returned no damage.
