      When I first started using eBay I sent all my purchases using USPS First class mail that required stamps. After 6 months using this First-class mail with stamps I had over 24 customers indicating that they did not receive their package. So, I went to mailing using tracking numbers, cost more but most of my customers receive their purchases I have very little problems now. Steve
