It was old, but we didn't want to buy an expensive new one. Couldn't get it past a certain point with the setup wizard. Tried, and tried again and again. Finally decided to drive 30 min to the nearest Verizon store. After they tried for 1.5 hrs, they told us that the phone was obsolete with Verizon. gorgeelectronics was willing to walk me through different options to get the phone to work!!! TY!!
