We packed it along with 2 dozen other parts on Monday and shipped it USPS Priority Mail on Tuesday morning. He is correct that it is late in arriving at his residence. Priority Mail is usually 2-3 days. I have no idea why it has taken 10 days to get to him. We fulfilled our end. It is USPS that he is mad at and I get it. Just wish that he did not post his frustrations as a negative towards us.
