    The plates arrived quickly, exactly as described. The packaging was supreme, as other reviews had said, I could tell the seller values their customers. With that said, 2 of the plates arrived broken - I TOTALLY BLAME THE CARRIER (USPS) NOT THE SELLER - just to make this clear! 1 of the plates was the chipped plate the seller contacted me about and refunded me for prior to shipping - very nice of them to do that! I really only needed 4 plates, so I have 5 of 7, which I'll take as a win.

    I ordered 5 dishes from the vendor and I was honestly concerned that they would break in transit. I had no need to worry . The dishes arrived timely and in perfect condition. The vendor must have taken hours in packaging the dishes individually, multiply, double boxing and filling the shipping box with styrofoam and noodles. She did an outstanding job and I highly recommend her.

    well-packed- all FOUR glasses (two orders in one) arrived without any breakage. BUT you did agree to refund me one of the $9.95 shipping charges from the two orders since you shipped all FOUR glasses together, per the messages exchanged here on Ebay- I have not received that refund.
