Upon receiving them however, some minor cracks were found in the soles of both boots; not big cracks but still cracks, nonetheless. They are still wearable but will need a resole in the very near future. Knowing this, I immediately contacted the seller, and he took responsibility for his mistake. He also promptly gave me a partial refund for the damage. This seller is fair and honest, and I appreciate that when shopping on here.
