    Item description said new in box. I received a lipstick with no box. I reached out to seller to let her know this was a gift and I requested a refund. She instead apologized and said she would send me the lipstick box. I received a random box for a different lipstick. And before I received it, she asked me to close my request which I did not realizing what that meant. I trusted her to correct her wrong and she deceived me. Shame on her. Never will I purchase from her again.

    Item not as described or usable. Communication only because I had to report the issues. Packaging was an old torn trash bag. ‘Leather’ was what was peeling off the stinky bag. But a free gift of plastic nails and left over sample make-up was included. I guess that was the consolation. So very inappropriate and a seller who won’t take a minute to respond. Caution for everyone.
