Seller tried to make excuse that customs must have opened it but it wasn’t because 1) there’s a scratch inside the case that exactly matches the photos in a different listing the seller had for a used copy of this same movie, so I know they just sent me that used copy instead. And 2) this used copy is missing all the pamphlet papers inside that a new sealed copy of this version of the DVD I ordered would have.
