Seems ok quality arrived quite quick to UK address. wouldn't say top quality but will help. it's a single sided style cheap rivet so that could of been a locking screw to enable dismantlement and resharpening or polishing the cutting edges and to make it tighter if need be if the hinge point loosens.

BUT..... as others have previously said in feedback, the "set" is made up of all different makes and styles, and not a single one of them is Neilsen as listed.
