    unfortunately the unit was much smaller than I was led to believe from the advertisement which fails to convey an accurate impression of its size. I asked for an ebay returns and after several attempts to encourage me to accept reductions in price, the seller finally wrote off the thermometer to their credit. It's a shame. The seller should have included something of familiar size in the photograph used for marketing. something of a well recognisable familiar size.
