    I offered to do an exchange with me paying shipping...seller too cheap to do an exchange...bought the wrong item...so I never buy from them again..

    That's very petty giving a negative rating knowing you bought the wrong item then claiming you would pay me for shipping a replacement item. That's not how ebay works, you should first return the incorrect item.
