I spent hours trying to get the phone to activate, drove across town to have a Verizon tech help, only for him to tell me the phone was not compatible. I put in a return request-that they simply closed out and ignored me...not one word or response just completely ignored. This is not how you do business. I have never given one negative review in over a decade of using eBay, so this was a terrible experience to say the least.
