The HD caddy and the HD itself has scratches all over the place. 3 of the 4 drives came in sealed unmarked static bag which can easily be faked, but still only 3 of 4 were actually sealed. When im onsite in the next few days to install these drives I will check the powerON counters and see how new these drives really are. I cannot return these drives as i'm in desperate need of them, so sucks to be me.

Packaging was better than average but wasn't quite as good as it should have been for hard drives. Bubble wrap had ruptured in places leaving the side of some drives exposed to potential impact damage at the bottom of the box. The packaging needed another layer of large bubble wrap around the entire box contents.
