Laptop runs exactly as it should with the Core i3 CPU and 512GB NVMe SSD. Cosmetically, I could not find a mark or scratch anywhere. I looked up brand new units with the same CPU & SSD, and they are at least twice the price of this. One of the reasons I wanted this is to be able to watch videos when I'm away from home, and they look great. It was well packaged when shipped to me, and it only took 5 days to get here (NC). I am extremely satisfied with colocomputer, definitely a saved seller.
