We only received the case and no game. It was listed as new and sealed. No where in the listing did it specify that the game was not included or that it was case only.

Unfortunately, the buyer was not knowledgeable/informed on product she was purchasing. This is a niche product meant for a serious collector. Advertised as the case, not a game; the low price reflects this as well. In no way did eBay deem this as misrepresented on my end. Rather, I personally and gladly offered to refund the buyer after she reached out. I sold an exact item with an identical description to another buyer who was extremely happy and left positive feedback.
