Unfortunately the item didn't work at all. But there was no issue receiving refund approval to make it right. Which is about all you can ask for in this situation as I don't think there was any intentional dishonest sale scenario going on. I genuinely don't like having to send things back on eBay if I've committed to purchasing something but there are times it's necessary. When it is & it goes smoothly it's greatly appreciated.
