Stop lying to your customers. Any buyer can calculate a shipping price you paid based on the package weight/dimensions and your zip code. ebay doesn't set shipping prices, you DO, by putting package weight and dimensions in, so maybe read FAQ before selling here. I asked multiple times to show me a screenshot reflecting shipping costs you paid, you ignored my requests. Stealing from your customers and then being rude is a poor business practice. I'll let the screenshot speak for itself.

Rude and unprofessional. I specifically asked the seller before bidding if they offer combined shipping on multiple items, they confirmed. Seller doesn't understand how to use ebay and couldn't send an invoice with adjusted shipping, promising to refund later. Then they refunded a random amount. I asked to refund me properly based on the amount they actually paid (they still owed me $9.73 before tax). Seller immediately got fussy and rude, refusing to refund. This is stealing, plain and simple.
