    Did not receive the item. I contacted seller to find out what happened and was told it was not shipped there was something wrong with it. And my money was returned. But it was not done until I inquired into not receiving the item several days after I was supposed to have gotten it

    The item was lost by the Post Office. I never said item was not shipped. Buyer did not report he did not receive until several days after I sent it. It shows on the tracking that item never left post office. I refunded the Buyer immediately once we found this out. Now the Buyer has left me negative feedback for no valid reason. I did everything I could as a Seller to help the Buyer. Buyer received full refund for a $15 item and is still not satisfied.
