Poor communication. Very unprofessional. I paid more for faster shipping and after five days with no tracking information after being assured it would ship each day I requested a refund. Seller said “personal stuff came up.” would not recommend, glad I got a refund but this is no way to handle business. I’m a service plumber and paid 1800 for a tool. Now I’m a week behind on my work and still no tool on the way. Very disappointed
