I purchased a rare & expensive Guyver figure, "Brand New," & it arrived broken. I immediately opened a case, and I was expecting to do a partial refund. But this seller has been nothing but passive aggressive, accusatory, & disrespectful towards me. He said that "I lied" or "swapped" a figure this rare & expensive as if I had 2 of them?! I sent videos & pictures, all of which he complained & said were lies. Also, the auction stated he would ship Express & he shipped the SLOWEST method. Dishonest
