The collars would’ve work if removed and unregistered from prior system correctly Prior system was not available so collars are locked…
No complaints I’ll use them as dummy collars for dogs trained. Seller did not know this nor did I until troubleshooting with Petsafe.. ya learn something every day.
we settled on the cost of a collar battery. At the end of the day they were not stuck with dead unusable collars and it was not a total loss. Will do business again
