      Item shipped the next day. Your beef is with the USPS not me. You live in Puerto Rico, there's ultimately going to be delays. My suggestion would be to have extra items on hand to prevent delays like this for mission-critical lines of service when you're located in a tropical paradise. I have been in your shoes and it stinks. Sorry for the delay but I did my part.
