I received my item after it said it was a battery it came as a battery charger. So saler said if we returned it he would refund money. We paid a additional $20 for shipping. It's Ben a week now and he's not even responding. I've emailed 2x. A horrible experience. I'm also on a fixed income I couldn't afford this to happen.
