An offer was made; the REPLY stated what WAS/WASN'T INCLUDED. The buyer FAILED to read the offer terms and paid anyway. Prior to shipping, MULTIPLE EMAILS and photos were sent to ensure he understood. The BUYER stated to cancel the order if everything wasn't included, to which was accomplished.
When making an offer to a seller, you are not going to get what is advertised for a lot less. IT IS THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY TO READ THE TERMS BEFORE ACCEPTING.
A full refund came w/cancellation.
