Seller cancelled the order stating that her bank account had issues receiving payment, then chose the reason "buyer asked to cancel order" when it was her idea to cancel it (see attached evidence). Misuse of eBay’s selling policies to her own advantage and they are aware of her actions. Definitely not reliable & truly dishonest, beware buyers!
