    The item arrived broken and in poor condition, poorly packaged and it seems that they threw it away, the box arrived in poor condition too, what a shame I was looking forward to it 👎🏻

    The item was in the condition as seen in the pictures, which was very good. Comments like "in poor condition" and "seems like they threw it away" are uncalled for as it gives the impression that I am selling sub-par items. How it is handled during shipping is completely out of my hands. And you were refunded immediately. No mention of that?
