So start with good, the dress was almost described except one issue and the shipping was quick. The bad is that is a fingertip size burn hole on the front! I reached out hoping to get a partial refund and after responding to the initial message, they have never gone back to me. To buy the supplies that I could possibly use to fix the hole.
