The necklace arrived relatively promptly and well packaged. The necklace was described as being 40cm long and weighing 3.5 grams. The necklace I received resembled the pictures and the length measurement was as described. Unfortunately, when I weighed the item, it weighed 2.2 grams, not the 3.5 grams it was described as weighing. When I contacted the seller and explained the error, he described me as a remorseful purchaser; which I was not. He made no attempt to rectify the error. Sad!
